The Story:
Henrik Larsson is as much Scottish as pasta is Italian. The adopted son who the parents love more than their own birth child. What this man did for Celtic asserted himself in the history books as a legend for the Hoops and a villain for the Gers.
The 97/98 season saw Larsson and co win the Scottish Premier Division and the Scottish League Cup. In doing so, they stopped Rangers 10th consecutive title win. Larsson soon became a Talisman for the club season in, season out, winning numerous awards such as SPL top scorer, Swedish Player of the Year, SPL player's player and more. We could honestly write all day about what he achieved during his time in Glasgow.
