Once you've placed your order, we pack your socks into 2 layers of compostable and biodegradable packaging. The first layer in the inner layer which keeps your socks protected in transit to you. The second layer is the order packaging itself. The label on your order is also biodegradable.

Finally, we use a carbon neutral delivery service that offsets its emissions by participating in projects like re-forestation and clean water programs in Africa.

Firstly, thanks for placing an order! We seriously appreciate the support. As for your tracking information, allow up to 24 hours for your order to be packed. Once we've received your order and packed it, you should automatically get an email with all of the information.

If you can't see this email anywhere, make sure to check your Junk Mail or Spam inbox as sometimes emails from brands can end up here.

If it's been more than 24 hours and you still haven't recieved any information, reach out to use via our 'Contact' page.

The best thing to do is to get in contact with us ASAP. Send us an email via our 'Contact' page. If you reach us before we've packed it, we can change it so do not wait to get in touch.

Unfortunately, once we've packed and sent your order, we cannot change the delivery address while it's in transit to you. Our parcels are set up to be returned if they cannot be successfully delivered to you so once it comes back to us, we'll reach out to you and go from there.

The quality of our socks and other products are something we're extremely proud of. Made from a quality combed cotton blend, these socks are thick, non-saggy and very breathable. They're also designed to hug the foot nicely.

We love hearing your suggestions for any ideas you might have. While it's hard for us to make socks for every team or player, we love hearing what you're after and will always see if we can make them.
