The Story:
The 1992 Euros was one of luck and pure determination for Denmark. Originally, they didn't qualify, but Yugoslavia was disqualified from the Tournament due to the developing crisis in the Balkans. Denmark were runners-up in the qualifying group so they took their place and in doing so, took the world by storm as they won the 92' Euros.

Peter Schmeichel was in insane form for this tournament and has said his save against Jürgen Klinsmann in the final is the best save of his career, and he's made a lot... Schmeichel was instrumental to the campaign making crucial saves during games and penalty shootouts. Outside of his performances, it's fair to say his Goalkeeping shirts were just as memorable.
