The Story:

The 94/95 season was a grueling campaign for Dortmund, but one that proved fruitful after they took the title by a point, beating Werder Bremen. The previous season saw them lose 6-1 to Juventus in the UEFA Cup Final, but the funds they won allowed them to buy some superstar players which set them up for years to come.
